Tell A Friend content display problem

Hello. I've completed most of the site at http://www.bethesdaministry.org/store but am having trouble with this one page displaying.

What and where do I edit to prevent the TELL A FRIEND content from going too far to the right - can't see the submit button and it cuts off the disclaimer text.

I am having the same problem here. I am using the nightfall template. I havent really made any of my own customixations except changing display text. There must be someway to change the width. I cant find it in the developer search thing. I don't have much luck with that tool. I could disable the featur if nobody knows but it would be cool to use it.

Had this problem several months ago with ver 1.3.0/1.3.0.1, and the solution
was to comment out or remove the float:left; from the TEXT AREA of the
CSS if you're using a % width.

TEXTAREA {
float: left;
margin: auto;
display: block;
width: 95%;
}

That would be edited in your stylesheet. Yes, you can comment it out
or remove the float: left; line.

I tried your suggestions but am still having the same problem. The text goes too far to the right and sits behind my 'Reviews' box. I would also assume that there is a 'Send Email' button back there somewhere, because I don't see it on the page. Any ideas?
