    Default "https//" for no reason

    I'm using dreamhost, and I had it automatically install zencart. Whenever I go to checkout, it goes to the current address + "https//...". Not the lack of colon. I check configure.php and it's correct (it has the colon) so I'm not sure why it's doing this. It's obviously a major problem, so what can I do to fix it? Is there any way to disable the https altogether, since I'm using paypal anyway.

    Post, from the server, you /includes/configure.php without your username and password ...

    It looks like you do not have it quite filled out right ...

    This at least needs changing ... cannot tell on other things as you edited them so no idea if they are right or not ...
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', 'https://www.***.com/');
    Change to read:
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');
