Trying to add bg image behind "Home" and "Login"

I'm trying to add a background picture where it says "Home" and "Login" in the header. I'm also trying to get rid of where it says "Home" at the bottow of the page. Please visit the site in my signature.

I also noticed I cannot add anything to my custom stylesheet, only change what is already there.

Another thing is the header is reading from my default.css for my regular site (non-cart) but only part of it. Hence the green background not fading into black at the top.

You'll have to separate #navMainWrapper from your stylesheet:

#navMainWrapper, #navSuppWrapper, #navCatTabsWrapper

Make a new declaration for #navMainWrapper concerning an image and padding. You can copy and adjust what was originally designated for all three wrappers, for your new declaration for #navMainWrapper.

For the other issues, you may have to modify the footer PHP to remove the 'Home' link.. I'm not sure, I've never done that. As for the header, I'm not sure either.

Thanks so much! I got it working. I don't know what happened between the time I left work and got home but now my content isn't inside picture (orange thingy). Any idea how to change that without moving the picture?

Oh gosh... It would seem that the boundaries are expanding well beyond the center for the actual content, I was trying to virtually adjust things and then it would get all out of whack. I think you are currently working on the site. I've never undertook such customization. I'm sorry, but I'm not much help for this project.
