    Checkout Problem

    Hi Guys and Gals,

    I have a major issues here - that all my customer cannot checkout from step 1. I also have tried this numerous times but everytime I click on step 1 continue to step 2 it seems to be like refreshing itself. can you please let me know how can I fix this ASAP. BTW, I'm still on ver 1.2 -- PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    What version Zen Cart? Look in the Tools ... Server Info ... for the exact version ...

    What Shipping Modules are installed?

    Do they have zones?

    Does 0 weight mean Free Shipping? If so is Free Shipping freeshipper installed?

    If not, turn that off in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
    If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
    0= no
    1= yes

    Note: When using Free Shipping, Enable the Free Shipping Module this will only show when shipping is free.

    Thank you very much - I found out that I need to enable the table rating and freeshipping as i have set certain rate fro free delivery.

    thank youv ery much for all the helps.

    BTW, can you also tell me how can i migrate over from1.2.6 to the recent version??

    Carefully ... very carefully ...

    We have many threads that break down how to build a /new_shop directory with a copy of the Live Site and use a new database with a copy of the Live Site ... and practice the Upgrade until you have a perfect, working new shop ...

    This let's you take your time on the upgrade and not damage the Live Shop ...

    You might do a search on upgrade live site or upgrade live shop and see if you can't find one of the 27 million threads we have written on doing this ...
