Free Shipping on International?

Does the free shipping option apply to international orders by default? If so, how can I make it US only? TIA

1. How are you determining when an order gets free shipping?
2. Which shipping modules do you have enabled?
3. What zones have you created in Admin->Localization/Taxes->Zones Definitions?

1) $50 and above
2) USPS
3) have not done any zone definitions

For Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 to US only, you could us the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping setting for Free Shipping and define that for the US ...
