Dear,
I found out this problem on my new-born website:
http://www.1stprotocol.com/shop/
When you press Ctrl and scroll you mouse, the font size changed.
As I know, once you use CSS, this should not happened.

So, what should I do to solve this problem?

Unless you want to rewrite the browsers, it's embedded in their nature to help us old folks see the font without our quad-focals

This is intentional, and very much "by design".
