I'm just trying to figure out if this is a server issue or a ZenCart issue. Thanks to the help of another Zen user we have our new store running 184.108.40.206 using a template system.
98% of the time the template override works perfect but sometimes when I try to "check out" for example the server (we're hosting with GoDaddy and the server is painfully slow at times) jumps to the 404 error page like it can't find the right page. Is this a override issue or a server issue?
thanks... I've had a couple complaints about it in the past day. The template is great... no issues with that =)
