Orders not going into database -- SkipJack payment module

Using a skipjack payment module in 1.3.0.2.

CC payment goes through okay, and refers back to check out success page

however orders are not recorded in database

any ideas?

(Note also tried a fresh install of 1.3.5 to a new database and received same result)

Issue resolved.

I had set the return to "checkout_success" and it should have been pointing to "checkout_process".

Amazing what becomes clear after you type something into the forum and then read it back to yourself. ;)
