Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I have just installed lightbox and I'm getting errors when I try to run the SQL via the administration panel. I used the alternate method and got this message:

Error
#1062 - Duplicate entry 'ZEN_LIGHTBOX_STATUS' for key 'unq_config_key_zen'

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you ran the SQL twice.. run the uninstall SQL and then re-run the install SQL again..

Hi, Im sure you have heard this before but I just recently installed lightbox on my website and all i get is a blank white screen with the close button and the name of the product at the bottom. I was wondering how or what is needed to fix the issue.

Without link to your site, we couldn't begin to guess. The issue could be anything from an incomplete install to another add-on conflicting, or even your template.. You will have to provide more information.. (a link to your site might be useful)

Try removing the special (characters) from your image names and see if that helps.

Odd issue.. The search form is showing on top of the the lightbox.. See here:
http://www(dot)laserdiscvault(dot)co...-1988-ID5270NW. When you click an image the search form is overlayed on top of the lightbox..

this style is doing that

you could try setting the z-index to 9998 and that should fix it

I tried something like that first, but then the search form wouldn't work (as in I couldn't click inside the search form) So I made a slight change in the stylesheet_zen_lightbox.css..

From:

#lbCenter, #lbBottomContainer {
    position: absolute;
    z-index: 9999;
    overflow: hidden;
    background-color: #fff;
}

To:

#lbCenter, #lbBottomContainer {
    position: absolute;
    z-index: 16000;
    overflow: hidden;
    background-color: #fff;
}

The template and lightbox seem to play nicely together now.. Is there any issue that you can see that this change might cause??

No, the change should be fine. I've never seen a site that actually needed 15000 levels of depth. I guess they just want to be safe :)
