Where is the "New Products for [insert month]" box?

I am trying to delete it and find where it's at on the CSS too incase I decide to use it. Thanks for the help.

Delete it in your admin area not in the css - then you can turn it back on if you change your mind :)
there are a few places, look at all the layout settings under config ;)

Thanks I don't see the box in the layout settings. It's the one in the middle of the page at the bottom.

You actually wanna look at the Index Listing, All Products Listing, and the other "listing" settings.

If you look at the Index Listing you will see :

Show New Products on Main Page
Show Featured Products on Main Page
Show Special Products on Main Page
Show Upcoming Products on Main Page

They are the very first 4 lines there in the listing and they are switches 1 for on 0 for off.

The same is true on New Listing / All Listing / Etc.

I do not find the don't show new products anywhere on the all listing page or the featured products etc. I would love to as I want very much to turn them off.

Is my admin area not working correctly 1.3.5???

The setting of 0 is OFF and any other value is the Sort Order of the Center Boxes group for each section ...
