You can change how the Shipping Editor displays in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart
0= Off
1= Display as Button on Shopping Cart
2= Display as Listing on Shopping Cart PageLinda McGrath
