linkpoint and upgrade

I really really tried to do the upgrade but the instructions were so complicated I ended up making a mess on the server so I just deleted zencart from the server and uploaded the new version. I'm trying to rebuild everything now. Linkpoint is down to one error msg that I don't understand:


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class linkpoint_api in /hsphere/local/home/bob6003/avantgardeantiaging.com/zencart/includes/modules/payment/linkpoint_api.php on line 13

I looked at line 13 but I don't have a clue what I should do to correct it.

Anyone have some help here?

Please ignore. Finally got it all reinstalled again.
