    Default upgrade procedure went smoothly, but...

    I was at version 1.3.0.0 and upgraded straight to 1.3.5...
    I did three database upgrades(they were all checked off...) to progress from 1.3.0.0 to 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2 and finally 1.3.5 and everything appeared to be fine...
    As soon as I loaded the store frontpage I got the following error:

    Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

    So I went to the admin->tools->server information page to see what was going on:

    Zen Cart 1.3.5
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2
    v1.3.0.1 [2006-09-13 08:58:03] (Version Update 1.3.0->1.3.0.1)
    v1.3.0 [2006-04-17 13:47:26] (Version Update 1.2.7->1.3.0)
    v1.2.7 [2006-02-20 10:54:57] (Version Update 1.2.6->1.2.7)
    v1.2.6 [2006-01-19 15:11:12] (Fresh Installation)

    So it looks like the database progression from 1.3.0.2 didn't take. No problem, i'll just go back into zc_install and apply the final update again. I had to check the box manually, so maybe the zc_install procedure is seeing that no database upgrades are needed, but as soon as I click the "Upgrade Database Now" button, i'm redirected to the following page:

    http://my.store.com/zc_install/index...nguage=english

    With the following text:

    29 File './zencart/media_types.MYD' not found (Errcode: 2)
    in:
    [show index from media_types]

    I can't find this directory(used locate) to verify if this file or other files like it exist...

    I'm also having the same problem...

    Zen Cart 1.3.5
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2
    v1.3.0.2 [2006-09-08 10:47:33] (Fresh Installation)
    Anyone know anything that'd help? (cause my hosting company are sure being arrogant you know whats about this...eventhough it's their SQL, not mine)

    I just ran into this problem. Here's what you need to do:
    First, backup your database, and all files on your site, especially custom files.

    then browse to http://(your site Url)/zc_install/

    follow directions to install the upgrade, making sure you select UPGRADE DATABASE
    instead of new install.
    you will see prompts for this, so just follow the directions.

    Well, I don't think there is much of a soulution to this situation...I started probing thru the changes to the database from 1.2.0 thru 1.3.5 and although, the server info says that I started with a fresh install around verion 1.2.2 or 1.2.3...when I went to version 1.2.6 when my motherboard died, I think something got lost when migrated fro 1.2.6 to 1.2.6 and the problem only surfaced when I tried the latest upgrade...my supervisor is starting to question the stability of the ZenCart platform...Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated, especially if you have stories about converting their bosses to the open source world...
