Can anyone help me with this matter, please.

I can't get into my Admin Login page anymore.

Yesterday afternoon I was configuring my shopping cart, while I was in this, particular section configuring, i can't remember which section, but I have some text about it.

Here it is: (home/users/web/b1432/pow.mellow/htdocs//cache). I saw that it didn't have my domain name inside so I switched to home/users/web/b1432/mellowgirlshoes.com/htdocs//cache and then i clicked update. When I did that it asked me for my password. I tried to log in and my password wasn't working. i request for a new one and put the new one in and it still didn't work. I got frustrated and uninstalled everything to start over again even all the FTP files.

I reloaded all the files again and installed it, and now I'm getting this message

If you are the site's webmaster, you can remedy this problem by creating a default HTML page with one of the following names:

index.html
index.htm
default.htm
Default.htm
home.html
Home.chtml

I have no idea what happen I had everything up. Now there nothing.

I have my shopping cart up at my site www.mellowgirlshoes.com, but I can't get in to configure anything.

I contacted my web host tech engineers to see if the problem is coming from them or zen cart and they said it has something to do with my admin folder/Installation

Previously Admin folder was created inside the Admin folder in your htdocs. I have moved all the files to Admin folder one step back. Currently its giving the error "select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database?]". Issue seems to be with the installation. Could you clear the admin directory, the files associated with Zencart and install the fresh copy from the Instant Installer.

Today I uninstalled and reinstalled like 3 to 4 times already. I did what he said and still nothing.

Could anyone please assist me, I really would appreciate it.

Hello,

I'm not sure if this will resolve the issue, but it sounds like your particular hosting company has a problem with your site not having an index page. You can try adding a .htaccess and having the site automatically point to your shopping cart or just add a blank index.html page first just to test to see if that is the problem. If it is then you may need to create an html landing page, basically a first page that will be html and that has a button that users will click to access the shopping cart. Talk to your host, see if it's ok with them to use .htaccess and if your site can be php.
