    Default Order problem - Blank page

    I seem to be having some issues when someone places an order with CC.

    With the cart setup to email the middle numbers:
    I will get the email with the numbers, and go to admin, click on the order/invoice
    and it just shows a blank page.

    With the cart setup to not send middle numbers:
    Same thing as above^.

    I get an email showing the order, who it is from, etc etc, but no CC #.



    I am running version 1.2.4.1

    Any ideas?

    v1.2.4.1 is a very, very old and rather out dated version of Zen Cart ...

    I would suggest upgrading to at least v1.2.7 if you are not able to upgrade yet to the current Zen Cart v1.3.5 ...

    How long have you had this running correctly?

    When did the problems start?

    What kind of changes did you make?

    The site/cart has been running fine ever since I installed it.
    I would say back early 2006.

    As far as I know, the problem just started.

    The only changes I made were cosmetic. No structure changes to the cart.

    What files were you working with?

    Are all in your template and override directories?
