Login Side Box Missing

I now longer have a login box in my admin section. I noticed it wasnt on my website and went to turn it on and I only have two sections of sideboxes and the login box is not in the selection. If I remeber correctly I used to have 3 sections of sideboxes to choose from. Can someone tell me if there is a mandatory box or if I just have overlooked something.
