Need Help with a couple of issues with the shop

We have been editing our store , we arent sure how to do the following on the shop, We have searched high and low looking for answers and we can find any, does anyone know how to edit these please

1. To remove -TagLine Here on Main header Page

2. HOw to remove from the bottom of the page Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

Hi all, We have fixed the first issues we had with the cart, BUt now we still need to find out to remove this from the bottom of the screen,

Mine is located in the common/tpl_main_page.php at the very bottom.

i have tried to find out where i can remove this from the bottom of the zen cart, but unable to find these , please can somone tell me where about these need to be found so i can remove this from the shop.
