Plz Help me

Zencart has losts of facility more then I want so i want to remove some thing so plz guide me about that

1. - I Dont want Customer Address or City or State like this useless information when customer Create Account Because I want to sell my Downloadable Template Via ZenCart Script so How Can i remove that information.


2 - I am selling all Virtual Product on my Website so plz guide me that which type of product attribute should i Set ??
