Gift Voucher Queue

Hey there,

For some reason my gift vouchers are not being queued for release - is there an attribute setting i have missed?

Also there doesnt seem to be a gift Certificate number being generated and the send a gift certificate is missing from the shopping cart sidebox?

Any thoughts?

Did you properly configure these as gift certificates?
Does the model number start with "GIFT" ?

i have configured as per thread

the purchase is now put into a queue however.

a) the redmeption code is not being sent
b) the tax rate doesnt seem to work either now
c) the header.jpg image doesnt come through on the released email

now the currency has defaulted to USD and when i set default to AUD

then removed USD and now all prices are 0

Interesting process

If you change the default currency in the admin you need to reactivate the currency selector sidebox (if it is inactive) then select the currency you want to be displayed then deactivate the currency sidebox again.

Tax, header image and gift cert number still not working properly tho.

Hello, a little off topic but I noticed that some people are saying to keep the manual gift queue on instead of automatically having them processed. Why is that? Isn't it the same as buying a product anyway? If its a stolen cc being used that isn't caught right away they can still buy something else just as easy.
