Any way Zencart can change layout (or template, if possible) depending on the Category the customers are viewing? I believe what I can do are only color schemes via CSS, which the product listing may have to be programmed.

In your css folder there is a css_readme.txt file that describes by page css.

Do not underestimate the possiblities of using css as it can be far more than just colors.

Oh...kay... Can it alter the whole entire page, including headers?

Yes, but you will have to re-arrange all so that the css defines the header items etc.

You will want to add/edit things such as these and others in the css and disable the hardcode:

Of course, adjust based on your graphics
