Additional Information at Checkout

Hi there,

I am a newbie to Zencart, having been forced to pick it up as part of a complete site redesign for an insurance company. So go easy on me!

I have created a new product that is hidden from the store and can only be accessed by direct link, as requested by the client. It is in it's own category. It is a virtual product which doesn't ask for a shipping address.

One thing which is very important is that 2 pieces of information be passed on at time of purchase. I thought about making a few customizations to the payment information page which asks for this info, however I have no idea how to get that specific product to load that customized payment page. This customized page would only ever be access from this specific product. Is there a way to do this, or perhaps a workaround that I haven't considered?

The required info will be requested from 2 form items, 1 dropdown menu and 1 text box.

I found out yesterday that contrary to what I thought, it is NOT a virtual product, it is physically shipped on a CD if that makes any difference.
