Default One PayPal - Multiple Stores

    Hi..

I would like to ask about PayPal IPN, please correct me if I'm wrong:

I have read some old postings, but not really clear yet on this matter.

Let say I have one Paypal business account, with one primary email and few additional emails.

Then I have two or three stores on different domains.

How can I be able to use one PayPal IPN for all my stores, since in PayPal 'profile' only allowed one return URL to one store.

Will each store scripts overwrite PayPal profile default return URL?

Can I use non-primary email in any stores PayPal setup?

    Thanks!

Zen Cart actually sends the appropriate return URL with each submission to PayPal. Multiple stores can run simultaneously without problem.

    One caveat:

Can I use non-primary email in any stores PayPal setup?
No ... you need to use the same primary email address in all your Zen Cart stores.

    Hi Dr Byte,

    Thanks for the explanation.

    However yesterday, a bit strange.
I didn't have time yet to change non-primary email to primary email in my store as you suggested, but I checked that one of client successfully made order through PayPal, and PayPal manage to return him to the store correctly, and items listed correctly in his account, although I still use non-primary email.

So the non-primary seems working yesterday, but thats also surprised me... and I'm not comfortable about it, wonder if its will work again.

Do you think you have idea about this?

    Thanks Dr!

Should the PayPal return be left blank?, or will it experience an over-ride anyway?

Do not leave it blank ... it must have one set in order to be overridden ...
