I'm installing Zencart for a Canadian company that distributes goods to their independent sales agents around the country. This company also sells their product online directly to consumers. I have the site set up to show customers a retail price and the independent sales agents the wholesale price when they are viewing products.

I originally set up the GST/PST/HST as per the sticky post here and it worked wonderfully. Now, my client is saying that their independent sales people do not have to pay PST because they are not the end-consumer of the products. Is there a way for me to differentiate what taxes are paid based on what group the buyer falls into?
