gift certificate - referenced to wrong order

Hi

I am in the process of testing my upgrade to zen 1.3.5. Did a test purchase for a gift certificate and paid via paypal which went fine.

I refunded paypal payment and that went fine.

I then cancelled this order and this is where it fell apart.

According to admin even after cancelling order through order status, I still have a gift certificate to release. but even stranger is that the gift certificate is referring to an entirely different order no which was not an order for a gift cerficate and was not a test order i created. It was referring to a legitimate order for a customer,

Also there is no option to cancell this gift certificate.

The coupons_gv_queue has a reference to the orders_id

If you delete the order and reset the orders_id ... but do not delete the GV in the coupons_gv_queue then you will get a mixed reference ...

As GVs are cash, there is not a way to delete these easily ...

We will be building in something in a future release to manage the GVs and allow a method to mark a GV as unusable with explination, but not a total kill ... as there needs to be some sort of safe checks and balance on these ...

You can manually delete the coupons_gv_queue if your tables are out of synch from testing etc. via phpMyAdmin ...

I didn't actually delete this order, I just marked it as cancelled, that is all! It still shows in the admin!
