Can it be integrated into existing site's product pages?

    Hi All,

I've got a site that is already laid out with individual product pages and the current cart we use allows us to just put an "Add to Cart" button on each page with the proper code to toss it into the cart. The customer can then just click "View Cart" or "Checkout" when ready. They never really enter a "store" so to speak.

Can Zen Cart be configured to work this way?

    Thx,
    Mike

Nope, Zen Cart is not designed to be an "add to cart button".

Wow, that's really a bummer. Looks like a very flexible/configurable app. As a programmer myself, it seems as if this wouldn't be a terribly difficult functionality to integrate since it's somewhat of a subset of the functionalities that already exist. I could see product pages in the admin having a dynamically built "Add to Cart" url field that could be copied and pasted to an existing site's page that would just use the cart/checkout functionality.

    Thx for the reply!
