Which Image Size

I am working on a client site where he would like the main page to open with categories instead of text which I works just fine from the admin settings, my problem is the image size it is displaying.

Which image size is it using to produce the image size as indicated ?

I have fiddeled with all of the image settings and it doesn't appear to help.

I have added this to my stylesheet :

#indexCategoriesMainContent img {
width: 140px;
height 140px;
border: none;
}

But that didn't work either

Any help would be appreciated

that is changed in:

admin --> conf --> images --> Subcategory Image Width/Height


mine is currently set to 200x200
