USPS Shipping

I am trying to change my site form flat rate shipping to USPS. I have gone into admit. and have enabled USPS shipping, but I get this error message when I try to test it.

Unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance

Make sure you are on Production server ...

Make sure you are using your 5 digit Zip Code in Shipping/Packaging ...

Make sure that you have called or emailed USPS to activate your account once you have registered a Web Tools account with USPS at their website to use this module ...
