Rename template, No Ezpages!!!

Gents, I am running a 2 languages store, I was using the classic tempalte for english, then decided to create a new english template.

after changing the template selection for the english language to the new one, I get blank ezpages links (header, footer, and side box) ONLY for the english side.

if I change the selection back to classic, I get them back.

I have done a test by changing the name of classic template folder from classic to classic_test and then select it, which leaded to the same problem.

how do I point english to another template without lossing ezpages links.

Note: repair ezpages didn't help.

Hay Kim, any idea what is cuasing this?

I just have to call the template "classic"
it is fine with me to call the English template "classic" and change all folders in it to what ever I want, but I need to understand!!

Is there anything in Ezpages definitions or parameters that specify a certain template name?

Okay gents, I have got the solution for my problem

and to share this with you, here is the answer:

I went back to the initial module installation process "multilanguage ezpages"

then the reason was very clear, for each template you add - let say "MyNewTemplate"

you must create some folders and copy some files across

include\modules\MyNewTemplate\ezpages_bar_footer.php
include\modules\MyNewTemplate\ezpages_bar_header.php
include\modules\sideboxes\MyNewTemplate\ezpages.php


otherwise !! you will get blank ezpages links.
