How do I change the side-box's names

Below is the freshly skeleton of my website :-

1) I would like to know how to change the word "Categories to the word "Featured Games Currency"

2) How to get rid of the words "More products" and "all products" under "Categories"

3) I would like to know how to change the sidebox "New Products (more) to "Pwer Leveling Services"

2. Configuration - > Layout settings
Categories Box - Show Products New Link - FALSE
Categories Box - Show Products All Link - FALSE

You can also enable or disable the specials and featured links which only show up when you add a product as a special or featured product.

I still have problems with "Power Leveling Services". It shows (more) at the end and I cant make a list of games under it.
