    Default Order Status versus New Order URL

    The URL in the customer notiification email for [NEW ORDER] is correct, but in the [ORDER STATUS] email it is not.

    Example for [ORDER STATUS]

    https://123.456.789.00/syntht/catalog/index.php?blah blah

    the "syntht" directory is what is inserted and is incorrect. What is correct is:

    Example for [NEW ORDER]

    https://123.456.789.00/catalog/index.php? etc etc etc

    where the "syntht" is not there. syntht is the name of the MySQL database. As far as I can tell, the server info in

    /includes/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php

    is indentical. Help?

    Could you post, from the server, both of the files:
    /includes/configure.php

    /admin/includes/configure.php

    OK, I did find where this was inserted in the /admin/includes/configure.php

    Now, I may be dreaming/seeing things.....when I used my FTP program to bring up the file (it shells to WordPad) the file was *different* than when I FTP'd it to a temporary directory. The 2 lines of define SERVER code *were not there* when I *viewed* the file, but they are there when I copy it. This is what was driving me crazy.

    Oh well.

    If you set the permissions to 444 you will need to change them to 644 so you can overwrite it with a new file then change it back to 444 ...
