Does anyone sell a virtual product with ZenCart?
If so, do you use Paypal as the payment method?
If so, have you been able to remove where Paypal asks for a shipping address?
If so, how did you accomplaish removing that?

    Thanks.

Why try to remove it? The customer has the option of checking the "no shipping address required".

Just as an addiitonal note, that's not something in your control: that's all handled on paypal's side of things.

So even if you wanted to, you couldn't remove it.

    Thanks for your replies.

    To reply to Kim,

You stated: "The customer has the option of checking the "no shipping address required".

Where does the customer "check" this option? And will the customers' action reflect on the Paypal side?

To reply to vyxyn: You stated "that's all handled on paypal's side of things.
So even if you wanted to, you couldn't remove it." Does Paypal have an option to show it or not?

    Thank u

If paypal is asking for the shipping address, then no, paypal does not have that option.

It is a standard paypal payment page -- the customer can choose from their addresses on file or select no shipping address is required.

    ----

However, if the shipping address is being asked for on your site, before they go to paypal to pay, then the change is something you have to do in the product set up.

When creating a new virtual product, there are some option buttons right below where you put the price in.

The first one should be set to Yes (product is virtual).

The second one will depend on your needs, but for me that's usually just "free shipping".

THose will remove the question of shipping address from your pages.
