Default Cloning Store Pickup module question

I am trying to clone the Store Pickup module (it's a shipping module). I followed the directions here, but when I went to install the module in my Zen Cart admin, I get the following error message:

"Warning: main(/kunden/homepages/25/d164484515/htdocs/shop/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/florencepickup.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/25/d164484515/htdocs/shop/admin/modules.php on line 188"

    -and-

"Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening '/kunden/homepages/25/d164484515/htdocs/shop/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/florencepickup.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homepages/25/d164484515/htdocs/shop/admin/modules.php on line 188"

Any ideas on what to do? I'm running on ZC 1.3.0.2. What I am trying to do is to get multiple in-store pickup locations available (we have about five stores that want to participate in the in-store pickup). Is this even possible? I thought that I could do it by just cloning the storepickup module, but then I ran into this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What permissions have you set on shop/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/florencepickup.php?

Thanks for your reply. I actually just figured this out, and as happens most of the time the error was completely my fault. I accidentally uploaded the module files to the wrong directory. I was trying to use the override system, but apparantly I still don't understand how to do it correctly. Anyways, it is now working (you can see it on the first checkout page at www.shoptomlinsons.com).

So it is working now and I'm happy, but I do have another question related to this - is there any way that I could list all of my stores under one shipping option? In other words, right now I have it set to where each pickup location is a seperate shipping option. I would love to be able to make it to where there is only one shipping option available for in-store pickups (we'll call it "In-Store Pickup") and then below that there is just a list of the stores available? This would kind of be similar to the UPS shipping module where there is just one "UPS Shipping" but then underneath that you can choose Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Ground, etc... I thought that I might be able to modify the UPS module actually, but after looking at it a little bit it appears that it might be beyond my PHP skills. If anyone can point me in the right direction though I would be very appreciative and I would definitely release the file as a free shipping module available to other zenners. (I think that this could be a useful module for mid-size companies that want to do this sort of thing but have more than one location).

Anyways, thanks again for your answer and any other help you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!
