Admin login exceedingly slow

Nearly every tine I try to log into Admin it takes forever (like 10 mins), I keep stopping the page and restarting login, which sometimes works to make login like normal.

Also have this prob inside admin, sometimes admin images are VEERRY slow to load, and sometimes the drop-down menus won't work at all

its not my connnection cos its a new broadband and works perfect everywhere else.

Scrap that was waiting for half an hour, then reclicked login, then another half an hour, then reclick, and straight in.... why is this happening?

How does the Catalog run? Is it smooth and fast?

Have you an URL that we can peek at?

Does the Admin give you a time out?

What browser are you using?

What version of Zen Cart?

If you have made no changes to the Admin code ... have you tried reloading all of the subdirectories and the files for:
/admin

Have you any add-ons?

the shop itself runs OK, though every now and then it takes a few extra seconds to load index, but that could be my PHP redirect, chek it out at www.erotic.ie (don't worry no content yet) I am using IE on a new PC and the most recent version of ZC, have no add ons.

Think it may be something to do with hoster because CPanel is running slow as well and they are looking into it, but I wanted to chek the ZC end of things as well.

You may want to try closing all browser windows ...

Clear your cache and cookies ...

Now try it ...

Any difference between IE or FireFox?

Any add-ons?

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install I am assuming?

Just tried it on a different PC and connection and it seems OK, so must be PC, F$*@# will try above, thanks Ajeh.
