Product is Free: Yes/No


Are there any other different options for free shipping?

There is a major difference. The one offers free shipping but still charges for the actual product whilst the other offers the product free of charge.

If the Product is marked Always Free Shipping YES and you have the Free Shipping image turned on for the Product Type then you will see it ...

The other method is to add the product as a Product Free Shipping Product Type ...

Note: this product type runs its own files for the product _info and the Admin when adding products that are different from the Product General ...

If all you are wanting is the Free Shipping Image and not planning on customizing the pages differently for Free Shipping Products, then it is better to add as a the standard Product General and just turn on the Always Free Shipping YES and set the image to show on the Product General ...
