    Default HTMLAREA Not working correctly

    look at them 2 products individually, both descriptiosn were done useing times new roman and size 12 font thats it.

    WHy are they completely different

    I don't know if this is related, but HTMLArea doesn't seem to be an actual WYSIWYG editor. Meaning no matter which font you're choosing (the default seems to be Arial, which is fine), only Times New Roman shows while you're editing. And if you change sizes, the sizes aren't shown properly for sections of text. It's very cumbersome and confusing.

    Example, I want to have different sized fonts within my main page text, for effect. But the main text shows as different sizes on the saved page, but not in the editor, but even then it's not consistent. Very drustrating.

    I'm using FF 1.5.0.7. I use TinyMCE on other sites I run and it works as expected.

    I agree. If you paste in some new text, the font seems to be random. Selecting all the text and choosing a font should make it all the same, but it doesn't. You have to edit the tags by hand.

    Which makes the whole thing useless! You might as well use notepad.
