how to offer multiple flat rate shipping options?

is there a way i can offer multiple flat rate shipping options...

IE,

flat rate shipping for shoes = x amount

flat rate shipping for sox = x amount

flat rate shipping for shoelaces = x amount

i've tried the fedex actual rates and it isn't working out for me...

lol good question.

shipping option A is for all of the above

shipping option B is for shoes only

shipping option C is for sox only

Would the Shipping perweightunit work for you?

This shipping module uses the products_weight field as the Product Shipping Cost on a per product basis ...

So a products_weight of 2.00 would be $2.00 for a Product's shipping ... this is then multiplied by the quantity of the Product ordered ...

i tried that.. but the actual weight varies from item to item.. i'd like to offer

1) FLAT RATE OVERNIGHT $45.00

2) FLAT RATE FLOWERS 2 DAY $25.00

3) FLAT RATE TREES 2 DAY $18.00

4) FREE SHIPPING if order is over $200.00

I followed all the instructions and got this error when chosing the new flat rate.

Where are the insctructions on how to do this. I want to offer 3 simple shipping methods under the Flat Rate Option

$15.00 Standard Shipping (3-5 days)
$25.00 2 Day Shipping
$40.00 For Over night shipping.

the default option under flat rate shipping has 1 radio button with a preconfigured price. I want put 2 more radio buttons with the above rates? Where are the instructions on how to do this? I noticed the posts above talking about it, and then the other user got it to work. But where are the actually insctructions on how to do this? I can't find them anywhere.
