I've just imported the World Zones sql file (for oscommerce) into my Zen Cart (1.3.5). The import went fine and the countries and zones are displayed correctly in admin. However, when viewing the list of zones (for a specific country) in the drop down box (on the create account page) I noticed that all 'special characters (ie ä) are not displayed correctly.
The special character is printed (ie ä) and not ä.
Anyone know how to correct this?

I don't Zones World includes states/counties for countries (which is what I require).
