From 1.3.5 to 1.3.6

Hello,

I was able to complete Database Upgrade option successfully to 1.3.6, however, I'm unable to complete Upgrade Cfg Files option. The Server/Version Info under Tools in my admin says; Zen Cart Level: 1.3.5 & Database Patch Level: 1.3.6.

Upon Database Setup level of the ZC_Install, it says it's unable to setup my configure.php files. Both of the configure.php are set to 777, so what gives?

Do I need to manually upload the 1.3.6 files to replace the 1.3.5 files (of course with using WinMerge of some sort)?

Is there any documentation about how to go about doing the manual replacement of files? It's my 1st time doing an upgrade manually.
