Discount coupon for First time users

Hai,
I want to give some discount via coupon with couponcode (NEW) for first time customers (i mean the customer first transaction only) ,How to i do this in zencart

You can setup the Discount Coupon ... then on the Configuration ... GV/Coupon you can set the Welcome Discount Coupon ...

This is sent to the customer when they create an account ...
