Session Expired When Checking Out

THIS IS MY CUSTOMER'S MESSAGE TO ME WHEN HE CAN'T GET THE ORDER TO PAY ON MY WEBSITE....

--- having trouble with your web page trying to pay with pay pal keeps saying
session expired

I THINK I HAD 2 CUSTOMERS NOW WITH THE SAME PROBLEM SO I HAD TO SEND THEM PAYPAL INVOICE MANUALLY EVERY TIME.

What are your settings in Configuration ... Session Settings ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Have you an URL that we can peek at?

Can you lose the Frames?

This can cause a lot of problems on a site ...

Your whole site is inside a Frame ... things do not work well nor do spiders like Frames when spidering your site ...

I understand what you mean now.
I just pointed my new domain name www.legendkaraokehits.com to where the exact directory my shop is installed. Do you know how can I avoid that?
