1.3.6 - not showing extra images on Product detail (using IH2)

hi i have the same problem at 1.3.5 what i am missing i don't know?

at the below page i supposed to have 2 images? one is missing.
i can see admin>tools> ih2 i see both images at here but not at my page. what i need to do?

Are you using the 1.3.5 version of IH2 (that's the one in the Download section as opposed to the one at the author's site)?

I am also having issues with the upgrade to 1.3.6 and IH2.

Maybe I did something wrong but none of the product images are displaying.

What are the correct steps for getting IH2 working with all the existing images from a 1.3.5 store?

I just created a new test product and IH2 seems to be working fine. But for some reason the images aren't showing on all the old products that existed before the upgrade.

i download it from download section and install it again now it is fixed. i used the 1.3.5 one but i download from another location.

I was finally able to fix my problem.
I'm not sure what fixed it. I tried the fixes in the thread but that didn't work.

I ended up comparing each file 1 by 1 and merging them.

I did find one file that was missing a closing ?> but I don't know how much that would affect anything.


Would it be a good idea to post the zipped IH2 fileset that I am using for others to use?

I'm having sorta the same problem. Images which previously existed on the server show up, but zooming is not working.

If I go in through admin, and edit the image, and upload the image again, IH then does the zooming function. At the same time, if I name in the image files in EP and upload a database with the file names, and FTP the files to the image subdirectory, the zoom function doesn't work. Any ideas?

I did not install this, I'm helping someone because theirs isnt working, but in checking her admin panel, this option isn't available at all. I've gone through the files and they all seem to be there. What is the most likely culprit?

PS - Cart version is 1.3.6 and I'm adding in additional files from IH 1.3.5 that were suggested above.

I found out what was wrong - whoever has been administering her cart has apparently ignored all sql patches since 2005. I inserted the line for the show additional images in her sql table, copied the configs from another recent zencart full install, and voila, additional images.

I just found this thread while searching for comments regarding a similar issue. I'm running 1.3.6 with IH2. Additional images display just fine whenever I have "IH zoom small images" set to NO. But when I set it to YES, the additional images wouldn't display.

So I put the modified IH2 additional_images.php into includes\modules\YOUR_TEMPLATE and that fixed the missing additional images problem.

HOWEVER, I see now that while the additional image thumbnail will zoom correctly, clicking it brings up the product's DEFAULT large image, not the ADDITIONAL large image.

Here is a link to a product page where you can see what I'm talking about. Until I get this fixed, you can zoom the additional image thumbnail as you'd expect, but watch what happens when you click the additional image thumbnail.

Without IH2's additional_images.php, additonal images worked correctly (but only with IH zoom small images set to NO). Since I want to keep the zoom set to YES, can anyone suggest my next step in troubleshooting?
