Default Adding important links to site map

I have some additional pages i want the customer to be able to find. They are of the important type that need to be located by the privacy policy, shipping pages, etc,..

I could add EZ pages but i dont believe they show up in the site map and i want the important ones to show up wherever possible. And i guess i could add them to "More Information" sidebox but that takes alot of hacking around i suppose.

Is there anyway to easily or maybe even not so easily add these pages and have them show up in the site map?

You can add anything you like to the template file for the site map.

Yeah thats true, i guess ill make ez paes and hard link them to sitemap.

But i guess im really curious on what pages 2,3 and 4 are actually there for. They dont seem to have an easy way to rename or add content to. They kinda seem useless but they show up in site map. Any comments on what they were made for?

They used to be tutorial pages, but since nobody read the tutorials, we removed them and just left them as stubs for additional content if you desired.

o ok, i guess though since there is no real way , or easy way, to rename them most people wont use them since i doubt anyone really wants pages that are called page 1, 2, 3, 4. Maybe on the next update you can add a way to rename them and maybe the rest of the defined pages while your at it hehe..

    sorry to be so demanding

they also have tpl files that are called page_2, page_3 and page_4 - search for them in the toolkit - just change the values in those files and upload and you're aok

I've gotten so far as renaming the pages 2, 3, 4 etc to what i need them to be - they come up in the editor so i can add info etc to them, but I can't add them to my sidebox in Information - could you please clarify if there are other steps I need to do, and where do I find the tpl files?

    Thanks in advance *smile*
