    I get this message when testing to send an order overseas.

    I have searched high and low through the modules in Admin and cant for the life of me find what would be causing this.

    Any ideas at all how to fix this.

    1. What version of Zen Cart?
    2. What addons have you installed?
    3. What is the customer's shipping address when you are seeing this?
    4. What zones have you created?
    5. What shipping modules do you have installed?
    6. What "Shipping Zone" have you tied to each shipping module?

    1. 1.3.6
    2. world zones, and australia post module
    3. a made up name and street address but New York and a zip code of 10002
    4. An Australian Zone and a World Zone
    5. Australia Post modules which I have parcel post and express post for in Australia and 2 methods of Air for the rest of the world. Also a pickup for local clients.
    6. For Australia I have made up 8 zones which are local. All Zones come under Australia. I also have a rest of the world module which has all countries in it.

    Yes, I double checked everything and couldn't make any sense of why it was happening, so I created shipping taxes as well as sales taxes for the same zones and set those in the shipping module. The coloured markers or lights whatever you want to call them went back to yellow and I thought this isn't right, but on testing them all is functioning correctly and problems are solved. Just make sure you try it with your sales taxes for you zones, and also shipping taxes for your zones are done and correct. I have a GST zone for Australia and a GST shipping Tax for the Australian Zone as well. I also have a GST Free Zone, which is the rest of the world and also a GST Free shipping Zone which again is the rest of the world. All is working perfectly now. I hope this helps as it is a very frustrating problem to get rid of.
