Error admin activity log

I had an issue that said I had a duplicate entry in my admin activity log and could not access anything in the admin except the main page...

The solution was to go into phpmyadmin and manualy delete all admin activity records in the admin_activity_log table.

How no one has the same issue but if you do hope this works.

actually it only solved the problem for one click now I am still getting the message:

1062 Duplicate entry '0' for key 1
in:
[insert into admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (now(), '1', 'categories.php', 'cPath=&action=new_category&', '68.105.9.151')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Thanks the prob was with saving for compatablility needed to add auto_increment to log_id field.

I am assuming this is the only table effected or are there more?

That should be the only table and I hope you used the statement in the link to change auto_increment.

this affects categories and other table just use the auto_increment update sql in install folder
