UK counties instead for US on create account

I am trying to get the create account/login page to show UK counties instead of US. Can anyone either help me to do this or point me in the direction of a thread that will help.

Thanks Misty. Unfortunately this option won't work as I have nested two sites within the original site and it would change the SQL for my original site which is configured for UK use and has had some major hacking done to it. I have found a way to copy the SQL tables so that I can use them as a template for the two new nested sites so problem solved (I think).
