Tabbed Products LITE - CSS/JS Issue?

I originally notice this problem on my site and thought it was my cod ethat caused it. However, I just visited this Tabbed Products example site :

and found that it has the same problem. I believe the problem is specific to IE, as I cannot get it to happen in FF. I also do not see the problem on my widescreen laptop (even in IE it works)... hmmm


OK, so here's how I recreated it (most of the time):

1. On a product page, on the Description tab (see link above)
2. Click on next tab (i.e. Detailed Specs)... notice no problems

3. Go back to Description tab.
4. Click on the product image (to open larger image in new window)
5. Close larger image or go back to product page (either appears to cuase it)
6. Now change to any of the other tabs... NOTICE PROBLEM - tab header is no longer styled as expected.


Anyway, there may be other problems caused by this, but this is the one that stuck out at me.

Anyone else see this or have a quick fix?

Well that is certainly a strange one I will have to check into. At first look that is certainly a baffling bug to try to figure out. And of course it is IE that has the problem. Opera and FF worked fine. (damn you micros0ft).

I'll take a look and see what I find.

Strange. At my PC at work, this works fine on IE. But on my home PC I see the error you mentioned.

Any luck on hunting this little bug down?

I will be launching my first site with it (end of Feb) since it's not a big issue, but ultimately I would like to get it resolved.

You know, I upgraded to IE7 on my pc and no longer see it. While thats probably not a valid fix until EVERYONE is at ie7, I dont see any other reason why this would happen other than IE6 is junk

I unfortunately dont have a fix so hopefully it wont be a problem.
