What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, what version did you upgrade from and how?

Have you an URL that we can look at for this?

I would recommend upgrading to v1.3.6 to eliminate a number of bugs that could be causing problems ...

There was also an update to the shipping modules to help avoid conflicts between various shippers such as UPS and USPS when run together ...
