Default No log in and no admin page either

I have installed 1.3.6. I am able to see the index page of my cart, but trying to log in or register myself in, gives me a time out page., same when trying to go to admin page.

Sounds like your configure.php files are wrong on your secure URL ...

Could you post, from the server, the file:
    /includes/configure.php

    without your username and password?

I deleted pages and database., since I have shared SSL. I will reinstall with no SSL this time. Will post if problems still after that.

Not using SSL should solve your current problem but create another one. From a security point of view, SSL is always recommed for any online business site, due to the nature of the information.

Your original problem was due to your shared SSL and settings in your config.php files. As the SSL is shared, you cannot use your Domain name but instead, must use the Domain name registered to the SSL -- one of the big drawbacks of using a shared SSL. Your Hoster is the best one to ask about what is needed in your config files.
