My contact us emails now work ... followed instructions for email formatting

Yesterday Contact Us page for customer and Send Email page for admin didn't work. I made some changes and it works now. I know it is a big problem if email doen't work. I'm sending my configuration, and hope it may help who can't solve the problem.
Hint: Be careful about "Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List Store Manager" . My email address wasn't in "<>" symbols yesterday.

Right on thanks for posting your config. I had a similar problem and it was because I did not use the <> symbols.

Yes, Yes. Thanks so much for posting this solution. I've been searching for days for this. All I needed to do was add my email address to the Contact Us in Admin. Email.
Now to figure out which file to edit to change the way the email looks.
