How to change text of "Delivered"?

Hi,

Within orders, there is a pull down list where I can choose "Pending", "Processing", "Delivered" and "Updated", I would like to change some of text, such as "Delivered" to "Despatched", since some customers feel confused as they have not received the goods yet, when they receive the "Delivered" email notification. But I cannot find where to change it, does anyone know which file to edit? I have looked "Developers Tool Kits" but could not find it. Please help if you know!

I am confused as to what it is that you want to change...the drop box is in the admin area for you to set the status and the customer does not see this...

Is it the terms in the email sent to the customer that you want to alter? If so look in the email folder.

Hi,

This was a sample email sent out to cutomer:

"Date Ordered: Monday 06 November, 2006

Your order has been updated to the following status:
New status: Delivered

Please reply to this email if you have any questions."

I would like to change it "New status: Delivered" to "New status: Despatched".

I am aware that I can change it from email file, but the admin area still show "Delivered", it must be somewhere I can change it for both admin area and customer email show "Despatched".
